| | Re: Double Amputee Finished Dwayne, thanks, someone on here suggested that I should try one being as I'm a fisherman. Well sir, good job bobbers are cheap, I broke three before I got one into the cage. That was one heck of a hard carving for me, what with adding the arms and legs, but by golly, you can't see where I joined them so I'm happy.

| | Re: Double Amputee Finished You did a great piece! I like the fact that you didn't trash him. You did what it took to get him done. As my folks always told me, you used the brain God gave you. You made it work. Congrats on your carving.......sharon |

| | Re: Double Amputee Finished Sharon, thank you. You will never know how close it came to the scrap box, problem was, it had so many hours in it, I had to finish and danged if I didn't. It was a labor of love for sure.

| | Re: Double Amputee Finished Cliff, that's great. You sure you have only been carving since Sept. 2007 ??
Just not fair that you should be progressing as fast as you are. You must learn as fast as a kid ! ! |

| | Re: Double Amputee Finished Millard, thanks for the comment, Hey, I am a kid at heart, man, I guess I forgot yer supposed to be old at 77, oh well, maybe I'll get old when I'm 87 (smile). Thaks to you as well Eddie, it was a tough carve for me what with replacing the arms and legs and all, but a darn good experience for sure.
