Default Davy

Here's a rendition of Davy Crockett, inspired by Gene Messer's work. It's a "sort of" flat plane style, with a little work with a gouge and some rounding where I wanted to. I'm still deciding about painting it - what are your thoughts.

A thinned out paint job Claude. It'll stand out more than it already does. Now don't forget to post photo when done...Tom H

That coon skin hat screams for some color. Great job on the gun, too.

Claude... He's a good looking due but awfully pale! He needs to get out in the sun more. Been spending too much time in those caves chasing down "bar!"

Claude,
Nicely done. I vote for paint. Looks good now, but I agree with Joy that hat needs color.
