james there a lot of details in thoses small carvings.I like the indian staff.You also did a good job on the painting.

thanks guys i keep trying,and when i compare them to my early efforts i see an improvement due to the efforts of many on this board who have shared there expertise.
i have been doing several head only trying to improve in that area.

Shimmy- the carvings are about 10" high
