I appreciate the way you point out the details and your methods for those of us who haven't a clue how you do them. I'm in the "amazed" group with this one, and admire your skills tremendously.
Thanks for showing it to us.

Lynn,

your carvings are a feast to my eyes, never a detail left unattended, the horse in this one alone is a master piece, then the buggy, maybe you seen better carvings and scene construction, but thus far you are the master carver i have benefited most from seeing your works,
and your modest approach in the way you share your techniques teach us all something more than making chips..

a heart felt thanks from us for sharing and attempting to teach this knot head to reach for higher goals

Thomas

Great job Lynn.

By the way when you sign your pieces it appears that you use a woodburner, if thats the case what tip do you use? Thanks.

Just use the same small angled tip I use for everything. Can't remember the actual number.

ok here are a couple of wagons I made several years ago, no where near what Lynn does, but might encourage you to try one...these are not really carved, made on a scrollsaw but still fun...

Each carving is better than the one before it and each one is a lesson learned. Thanks.
