 Bow-Legged Brave Just finished him for a friend and had fun carving him .. carved in a somewhat flat plane style .. Basswood , about 9 inches tall .. painted in acrylics .. | Re: Bow-Legged Brave Bart .. Thanks for the compliment .. the figure is carved without a pattern and from a block of wood in the way described in Pete Lecuir's book ..Carving Characters from Scratch .. just altered to be a indian .. these guys are so fun to carve .. Thanks |
