| | Big Bear (Little Guy) Here's my latest little guy - the warrior and hunter Big Bear. He's approximately 4 inches from tip of feather to tip of toe. Still needs to have the varnish applied, but painting and carving are complete.
<edit> For Ron: This a little Native American Indian, about 3.5 inches tall. He has natural-finished "buckskins" on, just the color of basswood, surprisingly. He has his hair pulled back into a braid and secured with a couple wraps of rawhide. His right arm is bent and in his right hand is an arrow; the left arm hangs along his side and has a bow in it. His tunic has fringe around the bottom, with a "beadwork stripe" on the outside of each arm. Also, the toes of his moccasins have "beadwork" on them. His face has a prominent nose with high arch, and his cheekbones are high, with hollow cheeks beneath them.

I really like the way you did the clothing with the indian decor ..
And the bow and arrow finishes it off just right ..
Great little carving ..
Thanks for sharing ..
