Default Big Al

He looks like a gangster, decided to call him Al. Carved one almost identical, but out of aspen, this went better out of basswood. Any suggestions are welcome.

Nice looking carving I really don't see him as a gangster more like he is waiting for someone to catch the punch line on his joke.

This one looks fine also. If I were to criticize, I might be inclined to say ....let their hats sit a little further down on the heads..........but, after looking at it again, it looks like it fits the face. Kind of like...Norton...on the Honeymooners!!

Another great little carving Carl! I especially like his expression - certainly gives him an 'attitude'!!! Nice carving indeed! Keep'em up and we'll keep enjoy'n them.
