Default American Bulldog pattern
Looking for a USMC bull dog character Pattern... Trying to have this carved and finished by June the latest. This will be for my 1st sgt I served with during th 80s and in Panama.........

I would suggest maybe looking in some old Leatherneck magazines for ideas. I can remember seeing lots of cartoon type pictures of the dog wearing a Smoky Bear hat, etc. Good luck

Try googling the keywords "usmc bulldog". When the Google list of URLs comes up, up in the upper left it says "images" . Click this and there are hundreds of them...

How about these photos. I have been researching bulldogs for a carving I plan on doing for my son in law who is a TI in the Air Force. Bulldog is their groups mascot.

Check out issue # 28, Fall 2004 Wood Carving Illustrated. There's a relief carved Bulldog Bulletin Board that has a Bulldog pattern that might be adapted.
