Default Walnut tree

Sooo i was just wondering How good a walnut tree would do as a walking staff

Is it possible

well are you asking about a small sapling walnut tree or perhaps a limb from a larger tree.. or even walnut wood. a few things to rember is if its a small tree your probally not going to get the dark color just white wood possialbly true for a limb as well. only way to tell is cut in and see. however either way walnut is a strong wood and works well for walking sticks and canes. remember to clean your tools if you plan on working on it while the wood is still wet as walnut can be acidic... hope this helps
