Problem is..... if you buy one from Michael's or any other craft store, you do NOT get what you pay for. Their prices are way out there, in comparision with the other makers.

One more of my 2 cents worth......their prices on the wood is cost prohibitive.....to me!

In my opinion Wallnut Hollow is junk !! Funny thing happened, I was sharpening a knife on a belt sander, sparks were flying everywhere, I then tried to sharpen a Wallnut Hollow knife and no sparks at all. Not sure what that means but it sure makes you think ???

I don't have one but already from lloking at one I think it is going to be junk. The knife looks nowhere near the quality of my Ralph Long knife.

Can't beat a Ralph Long Knife, great price, quality, holds an edge, good customer service !
