Default How to use this computer....thing.

How do I add pictures, or drawings of my work to a thread? Attachments, I think they are called.

Steven,

Below the box where you enter the text you'll see "Additional Options" one of which is Attach Files - they will show in your post as a thumbnail picture.... You can also imbed pictures in your text box by clicking the Insert Image icon (yellow with what looks like mountains).

Hope this helps... rales

The "secret" of adding things, is making them a managable size first. To do this, take your image to a program that will adjust the size, (Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc.) and reduce the image to a small size, for example: 4" X 4" , or smaller, thumbnail sketch size I think it's called. That should allow you to load okay. Just use the "Manage Attachments" below the message space and it walks you through the rest.

Good luck,
Bob

Thanks for your help, folks. The contents of the Forum offered by WCI are very important too me. I think adding diagrams, or, photos would help when I try to explain my problems, or concerns.
