Default tutorial for folds?

Hello my friends,
I have looked everywhere I know to look and can't find a tutorial on step by step instructions for making folds. Mine are pitiful! I don't know if I am using the wrong tool or what? I have tried variations and still no luck. I am just trying to make some folds in Santa's toy sack. Can you help?

Thanks Bill. Do you have any of her videos? I went to her site and wanted them all! Of course they aren't in my budget for now.
