Thank you, Patrick....I think I will skip the eyebrow ring....but hey a nose ring might just set off that "proud nose". LOL

Tom, sometimes my reach is more than my grasp....but I just keep nibbling away at something till I think it is time to quit. I couldn't do Flat Plane carving or caricatures at all because I can't keep myself from rounding off every corner.

The asymetrical look works very well when showing something that is more-or-less from nature. Since a green (wo)man is from nature, it works!

As to "jewellery", make your next one with oak leaves for 'hair' similarly to the one you posted above. Add a couple of small acorns (or just one) as an ear ring. Or perhaps a mistletoe necklace?

Wax the face, then a very light stain or pale pale pale green on the leaves.
