Default second caricature painted

This is my second caricature (third carving) painted. Am looking forward to going to the Renegade Caricature Round-up this next week. My husband must be kin to Tim the toolman as he bought me lots of different carving tools for my birthday present and gave them to me early so I could start getting used to using them before I go to the workshop.

Nice piece Linda, for a newer carver the best thing to do is take classes like you are. That is the best way to improve I have found Took 2 at the Indiana woodcarvers summer camp this year.

You did very well (better than most) on you early carvings...pay close attention in the class, the info sometimes goes by quick....soak it all up and you will see improvement fast.
