On my microsoft, I resize pictures this way:
All Programs/accessories/paint/images/stretch.skew
then here I put in the % shrink or enlarge I want picture to take on.
By the way, once there, click on the picture you want to resize first, then go to images/stretch.skew
Hope this helps. |

| | Re: Resizer?? Shimmy,
Okay, I got the download, but when I try to open the .exe file, my computer wants to know what program to use??????? It's a .php file, and I'm not familiar with these. So, I'm unable to open the software that now sits on my harddrive.

| | Re: Resizer?? Hey Lobo, you must have something else going on with your computer.
Irfanview should arrive on your HD as a EXE file and when clicked on it should install itself.
Also don't forget to also download and install the plugins, these are a separate file from the program Irfanview download.
Irfanview should work okay on Win98 , it did for me before I switched in WinXP Home.

| | Re: Resizer?? Any one of the Photo processing programs should have a function to adjust the size of your photos. I have Ulead PhotoImpact, Photosuite4, and Adobe Photo Deluxe. All three have resizer functions. I think the Kodak Imager that comes with Windows 98 has one too, but I haven't tried to use it yet.
Photosuite and Adobe came with my scanner as software, and another couple imagers came with my digital cameras.
