I have a coulpe books authored by Mike Shipley and the paterns in the book are his work. So my question is, say I carve a couple of his paterns up and some wants to purchase one, would I be allowed to sell them and or do I need to state somewhere on the carving the person whose patern that belongs to? I feel it is better safe than sorry in this day and age where you have to watch everything you do.
Thanks in advance.
Andy
