| | picture post attempt This is my first attempt to post a picture of a carving, we'll see how it goes. I first carved one of these in a class with Dave Stetson and have since made 2 more. This one was a Christmas present for oldest daughter.

| | Re: picture post attempt Dryheat - First carving, huh? I can't wait to see your 10th !! That's great. I didn't get brave enough to try to carve "open legs" for 5 or 6 years of carving.
Everything about that carving looks good - the eyes, the painting, especially the hat.
