On the upper left hand side of this page click on carvers gallery and then put cross in the search box . Several pictures of carved crosses will appear. No patterns however

Sohelia.... It might help us help you better if we knew what kind of carving you were thinking of doing. A relief carving? A carving in the round? A chip carving?

Soheila,
I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for? It's not a pattern but geometrical enough that you should be able to lay out the outline and (instead of celtic knots) fill it with those wonderful flowers you do so well. Hope this helps.

thanks a lot.I dont know what name is correct for our work because it isn't carving in the round and it isn't relief carving or chip carving completely.we would saw our pieces and then we carve them finally stick them.it is sth like (I guess) intarsia in your language.Donsexton,Dougie,Robert cahill,Eddy-Smile,Sashadoc and Gergie thank all of you.

Sohelia:
For Intarsia, I think you might find more info at the Scroll Saw Forum. It is also operated by Fox Chapel Publishing, just like Wood Carving Forum. The URL is Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Message Board
