Default Patch-o-Jacks

These guys are carved from a piece of a Pine 2" x 2". I turned the pine to rough round on my lathe and then cut them to length. They are 1", 1 3/8", and 1 3/4" tall. They are painted with gloss acrylic paint.

I used two pocket knives to carve them. I will post them next.

The knives.

The first is a cheapy. I gave a dollar for it new, at a local tool store. I have done some work to the blades. It is 2 3/4" long closed.

The second is a U. S. Classic Whittler I got on ebay for $7.00 shipped. It is 3 3/8" closed. I have slightly honed the blades on this one, no major changes.

Thank you all! I may do a few more, but I have a couple other projects to finish first.
