Thanks Claude and Thomas..that's a great way to do this I am sure.. If I can just ever get this concept in my mind for one time, I know I will be able to do it.. I will print this diagram out.. I appreciate it..Charlotte

Charlott,

on a premade patterns,
for all intents and purposes if your using band saws your doing half the process already,

simply collect the scraps and re-assemble to make the best block you can then tape it together and cut out the other side.

however dreaming up the second view can be taxing...
