Becky, You are well on your way! As you do more you'll discover that each one is different, which is good. A nose that is a little longer, wider, crooked; all will add to the character of the carving. You'll soon want to add some detail too. And with the practice you will note that it will take you less and less time to complete. This less time translates into more time for more carving...You're doing real good! Keep it up, and keep on posting.

Excellent Becky!! These little guys are fun. I have only done a few and none are even painted yet, and yes - each has taken me way more than 5 mins, but each one also goes quicker and quicker. And the options to vary are pretty endless as others have pointed out.
