Default My 1st Little Guys

Hello,

I have been carving for a yr now and I am ready to show some of the little figures I like to carve. I haven't had any lessons because I'm 30 and nobody my age enjoys wood carving so I have no idea where to go. I have based these carvings from Jack Price.

If anyone is a tool nut I used an Allen Goodman upswept flex knife and a Del Stubbs Harley. 1/8" V tool for the hair.

Thanks a lot for looking!

Anthony

Anthony - you're doing a great job! Nice collection of characters. It looks like you have a successful carving future ahead of you. Thanks for sharing.

Alright enough praise - now get busy and finish those fellows in the background

They are very good, I started with Jack Price, and still like to do guys in his style. Look around for a carving club in your area, the age doesnt matter, it's the desire to carve that will make you friends at a club.
