 koch sharpening system Hi! Has anyone actually tried the Koch system? I've read one review, too, but does anyone actually own or have tried the system? Please let me know before I spend a lot on something virtually untested! Thanks! Wade  |

 Re: koch sharpening system I have not tried it but in general, unless you intend on doing a whale of a lot of sharpeing your better off doing it the old fashioned way. If you plan on doing it professionally, the savings in time will make a sharpening system worth your while (I like the looks of the Burke system myself).
