Hi! Has anyone actually tried the Koch system? I've read one review, too, but does anyone actually own or have tried the system? Please let me know before I spend a lot on something virtually untested!

I have not tried it but in general, unless you intend on doing a whale of a lot of sharpeing your better off doing it the old fashioned way. If you plan on doing it professionally, the savings in time will make a sharpening system worth your while (I like the looks of the Burke system myself).
