I just got off the phone with Rick's wife (sorry did not get a name - Mrs. Ferry maybe) and my Beginner's Carving kit will be on the way. I am excited to do figurine and caricature carvings along with my Gouge Chip carving. Sean |

If you talked to a very sweet lady with a very pleasant voice, you talked to Theresa. One of the nicest people you'll ever do business with. Rick is alright too! :>)

Geez, thanks for including me Bob. But you are right, customers prefer to speak with Theresa. She remembers people like they were family. A customer will phone who hasn't ordered for a year and she speaks as if she had talked with them yesterday. Myself, I have "Cash register memory", I can remember your name so long as you are standing in front of me. Last edited by rick-in-seattle; 06-19-2006 at 07:46 PM. |

Jester Yes!!! Got home from work and my wife said "Your kit got here" ... I was so excited... like XMAS opening it. Thank you Theresa and Rick for getting it out so fast... I tried to get some 1/4" basswood to work on a santa ornament before the tools got here... but they beat the wood!! Thanks a ton.... ok... starting off with 10 fingers and 1 scar noted.... let's see what kind of damage I can do now!! Sean |
