This is my first attempt to transfer in wood a photo. Is a gift for my father birthday

I try to capture the motion and the action of the sail boat. The wave are not so easy to transfer in wood.

The wood usually has the final say on wave action. You start out with a rough idea on how you want the wave action to look, but the wood really does show you what it wants to present, itself.
