First time try ~ COWGIRL BOOT with SPUR

Hi Gang ( Still A Newbie )

Below much to my surprise is my first cowgirl boot. I'm doing it for my friends wife who's into horses.

She got two of her own.

Lets remember guys this is a caricature of a cowboy/girl boot. And like I said before its my FIRST.

The spur is make out of metal, spray painted and dotted with with on the spurs.

I hope to perfect the boot in the future in many ways.

Below you'll see the slow progression of the carving.

I still need more time on these boots.
There's the stand for the boot and a small horse shoe
I want to encoprate into this project.

Schooner, nice job especially for a first effort! Like the color combination for the cowgal. Here's the challenge, next time carve the spur! LOL, just kidding, really like it, you should be proud, your wife will love it.
