Default First show

I got involved with my first show last weekend. Loved it, loved it, loved it.
I got started in the hobby a year ago, joined a club, (The Lancaster County Woodcarvers) and never looked back. I entered two pieces of my work in the competition and won second place for both in novice. I also recently updated the club web site, this is a great hobby, and a great club.

For cryin' out loud, show a little enthusiasm. No sense sitting around moping.

Andy,
That is terrific! Now plan a carving that will take the blue next year.

Congratulations!!! Doesn't it feel good and give a great sense of satisfaction. I'm like Rick, now figure out what you can do for the next show that will get a blue ribbon.

BTW: Great website too.

I have been unable to post a photo of the two pieces with the ribbons for some reason it does not work. Both photos have been posted in the past.
Enter keywords: 5 to Midnight, and Cherry Frame w/Relief.
Thank you for all the kind words.
