| | Re: First EAGLE Very nice job! All I can say is that projects a lot smaller than that have taken me 2 months
That is why few of us ever really make a living doing this... Some do but not many.
(no offense to those of you who have found the magic secret)

| | Re: First EAGLE Bob, I like the eagle. I like the unpainted finish. I like the somewhat stylized design of the eagle, especially the position of its head. Tom H |

| | Re: First EAGLE Big project Bob, and it looks good. Great stance and love the natural finish look.
I'd suggest some pictures with a plain background and lots of light so details are easire seen. I find it hard to see with such a "busy" background.

| | Re: First EAGLE I would like to see more pictures with a plainer back ground too. The tops of the wings looks as though they may have a natural edge in the coloration, and it might be the focal point of the whole carving if I were standing there with it. Nice stylized composition. I wouldn't fret the 2 months spent on it. If it's worth doing....etc.

| | Re: First EAGLE Great job on the eagle and I agree that time spent is time well spent. You should be really proud of you finished product. This is just a constructive comment and just food for thought for your next eagle I find that the wings are a little too low down on the body. Great carving and thanks for sharing.

| | Re: First EAGLE ONLY two months? That's not too bad at all for someone not "in the business", and not too far out of lne for one who is! Nice work on that eagle!
