Very nice job! All I can say is that projects a lot smaller than that have taken me 2 months Wink That is why few of us ever really make a living doing this... Some do but not many. (no offense to those of you who have found the magic secret) Greg |

Bob, I like the eagle. I like the unpainted finish. I like the somewhat stylized design of the eagle, especially the position of its head. Tom H

Big project Bob, and it looks good. Great stance and love the natural finish look. I'd suggest some pictures with a plain background and lots of light so details are easire seen. I find it hard to see with such a "busy" background. Bob

I would like to see more pictures with a plainer back ground too. The tops of the wings looks as though they may have a natural edge in the coloration, and it might be the focal point of the whole carving if I were standing there with it. Nice stylized composition. I wouldn't fret the 2 months spent on it. If it's worth doing....etc. Thor |

Great job on the eagle and I agree that time spent is time well spent. You should be really proud of you finished product. This is just a constructive comment and just food for thought for your next eagle I find that the wings are a little too low down on the body. Great carving and thanks for sharing. Colin
