Lightbulb I figured what to carve first

Ok Ive done all the research, got all my tools and practiced with them and now Im ready to begin my chainsaw carving. Ive decided to carve a bear cub on all fours since the log is "speaking to me" that this is what it should be! I am a small woman and would appreciate any last minute tips you may have for me. I live in Michigan and I am just waiting for the weather to get a little warmer. Hopefully not too much longer but then again this is Michigan!

Thanks
