We got the 5 minute owl flying around out there. Are there any other fast and simple projects that anyone knows of? I was recently asked to come up with a 5 minute Penguin. This is a modest attempt. Can anyone else up up with any fast and simple projects??? Tom H |

Tom, I personally am not real creative but yeaterday I was going throught the article archives to the left and they had a bonus project for a six minute christmas gnome under issue 30. It is not in the issue itself (at least not mine) so you will have to check it out there Hope this is what you wanted

The 6 minute Christmas Gnome, was by Jan Oegema. It was a feature in a past WCI issue. I have the link to the pdf of the article, but it will not post as a clickable link. Thanks And Bob D, That means it's a good idea, or that "great minds etc, etc,,,,,," Tom H |

Neat penguin Tom! It looks like it could be made from either a block or an egg!

Tom I really like your 5-minute penguin. I saw it on your site and started to give it a try, but I got frustrated. The unfinished piece (probably forever unfinished) is below. Add my voice to those who would like to see a tutorial. I wish there was some way to thank you and all the others here who take the time to develop these simple projects for us beginners and help us with comments and suggestions. All I can do is show you the results of my work and say "thanks" for everything.
