I Am Looking For A Duplicarver That Will Copy A Statue On One Side And Carve A Block Of Wood On The Other. If Any One Can Advise What Kind And Where To Get A Quality Carver It Would Be Very Much Appriciated

Duplicarver is a brand name. There are two sizes. You will need the Large, with all the attachments. Hard work for sure.........
I don't know where to steer you to buy one. The name (terco) crossed my mind. I know nothin' of another brand.

Hi uwharriechair, is this a "one off" situation, like you just want this one carving duplicated or are you planning to do other duplications as well?
Why I ask is if it's just one , it might be cheaper to farm the job out, duplicators are not cheap even ones that have only one spindle which do one at a time.
Anyway here's a couple of suggestions, first is a manufactured duplicator for one at a time carving, the second is for a how to make a home made duplicator.
Also if you provide soem idea where you are located in the world , someone else might have a local suggestion for you.
There are some people in the carving community that provide this service as well, one that has already been mentioned on this forum(Goody) , he might have some ideas or suggestions for you.

I have a duplicarver that I don't use any more. I haven't used it much, & its like new. I've been planning on selling it, but I don't know what to ask for it.
It also has a spindle attachment to do things like gunstocks.
I paid about $400 for it.
Does anybody know what I could get for it ?

Thank you for your help. I am in north carolina we are in the outdoor furniture business. We are just looking at adding a different kind of look to our lines of furniture we already have.

Hey Dick, maybe if you provided make and model number someone might be able to provide a estimate of it's worth...or heaven forbid even offer to buy it.
