 Decisions, decisions. I'm having a hard time deciding what tools I need. I did a relief carving that turned out pretty cool (for my first one) from a Laura Irish pattern. I did it with a router to hog out the different levels and a Dremel for the rest. I want to learn chainsaw carving, so I'm thinking I might benefit from the Mastercarver 1/3 hp for the details? Also interested in carving gun stocks. Micro motor tool for this? Can't decide between the Mastercarver micro Pro and the Turbo carver. If I get the Mastercarver 1/3 hp with the reciprocating handpiece, do I need to but hand chisels? Or spend the money on reciprocating blades? Also thinking about a micro detailer hand chisel set. Ughh! I have a variety of interests, but don't know what tools I'm gonna need! Any input would be GREAT! -Medic  |
