Thumbs up Clown Cowboy Boot Plus Others

Hi Brother Carvers (Still A Newbie Here)

I still learnin' about carving the cowboy boots ~ having funny doing 'em

I'm in the process of leaning to put spurs on the boots.

That beat-up boots is something that reminds me of a
CLOWN who wore it for many years. I still an working on the spur for the boot.

Included are other boots some not painted YET. There
smaller then the one up front.

Any and all suggestions and what you think of this
young old man's carving

That's a nice collection of boots! I really like the way you painted the shadows/scuff marks on the clown boot. Thanks for sharing

Thats quite a collection of great boots there Schooner! I remember the photos of your first boot and you've certainly continued to improve with each one! Nice job and fun project too weren't they? That's what wood carving is all about isn't it...fun! Thanks for sharing them with us and safe carving to you.

Thumbs up Re: Clown Cowboy Boot Plus Others

Hey Chuckbolton

I've been to Lynn Doughty's Youtube website. The guy is something else.
He's the guy who taught (I'm still learnin') how to burn and cut and make
those wide looking spurs.

Thanks anyway for you imput.
