Default Carving Tools (Palm)

For anybody who hasn't tried them yet, you might try one or two fo the 'Denny' tools. His main focus appears to be knives (which are excellent), so the assortment of sweeps and sizes in the tools is limited, but what is there is excellent. I've got over a hundred palm tools from various manufacturers and his are the ones I seem to reach for. I like 'em, can you tell?

If you are having a problem finding them, 'LittleShavers' stocks them for around $20 per tool, some a little less, some a little more.

Let me second the thought on Denny Tools. I just bought two knives and a hog gouge and they now have most favored tool status in my tool box! Even over Flexcut and Ramelson and ..... (you get the idea!)

Denny also maintains his own site at: http://users.sisna.com/yxz/dennyknife/index.htm

Don't know if Denny sends them out presharpened or not ... But, do know that if you order from LittleShavers they come (as does everything else he sends out) presharpened and ready to use.

They are sharp when Denny sends them. Start robbing the college fund now.

I have no affilliation w/ Denny, but wouldn't mind it if he comp'ed me a knife for this endorsement.

Denny tools do come ready to use straight from the manufacturer.

They are high quality tools made by folks who care about quality, consistancy, and service.

I have nothing but good things to say about Denny and his line of tools.
