Default Carving Match Sticks

Hey Gang,
I have not posted anything lately. I have not carved much lately. Been whittling some though. Then I decided to try something a little different. I bought some wooden matches. Here is a simple project that was fun to do. I made a little forest out of match sticks. I hope that you like it. Will be back to larger things soon.

Hey Carl,
This was pretty easy, just have to be careful and not cut too deep, those match sticks are very small. Managed to do those without shedding any blood. Thanks for the kind words.

yes carving matchsticks..John Merritt from the Lockport -Buffalo NY area..has whittled a chain in a single kitchen..match..also I seen in an old book once about whittling where someone had whittled the head of President Richard Nixon. I wish I had a pic to display either of these Items but I do not..
