Default carved wolf

First attemp in relief carving.

The wood are Swiss Pine (Pinus cembra) member of the white pine group.
The dimension are 16cm x 10 cm.

Very good Francesco! Pine is a good wood to begin with. Not too hard or dense.

I'm not sure what other woods are available to you over there, but Mahogany is also a good wood for relief carving, and generally is available internationally. Butternut and Basswood/Limewood are also good alternatives.
