I sometimes wonder if they have someone monitoring this message board. With one exception that I can recall, whenever someone posts a problem with Flexcut products they get positive results. It is also tempting to think that it all depends on who you talk to when you call them with an issue.

When my Flexcut blade fell out, I used the only glue I had...wood glue. It's still working just fine.

Pesonally, in lieu of calling I prefer a good old fashion snailmail letter with a photograph or what ever back-up documentation is required. It also doesn't hurt to include noting copies to who ever you bought the item from and the Better Business Bureau (whether you actually do send those copies or not). I've yet to see a corporation not respond to a written inquiry and usually in a positive manner. In fact, more often than not they'll over compensate you for your time and trouble.

Just had the same thing happen with one of my Flexcut knives ... and I wasn't even working hard. A few drops of CA and it's back at work.
