Hello Jay, Are you looking to carve replicas of existing tap handles or are you looking to do some of your own design? If you are going to do replicas just copy a picture off the internet as a guide. If you are going to design your own the bottom of the handles are pretty simular and can come up with a design of your liking for the top. Good Luck! beer tapper handles - Google Search

Jay: I was looking around on the internet to see if I could find out the thread size for the bolt that goes from the value up into the handle, but couldn't find it anywhere. If you find out, please let me know. Claude |

Here is a link for the hardware you're going to need to fit the handle to the facuet and some premade handles. So you can get some size ideas. Get creative Tap Handles | MoreBeer I get most of my beer equipment from these guys. Great company and service. Bryan |

That website indicates that the threads coming off the top of the tapper are "3/8", 16 thread-per-inch" A guy could just epoxy a nut of these dimensions into a hole in the bottom of the wood. This is a great idea and it would make an excellent gift for my home-brewer friends.

Hey King, wicked. I will see what I can come up with, if you would like to ask your pals if they have their own personal names for their brews, I could probably come up with some designs for them to take a look at, for personalized Beer taps? If you want that is, give me a Ring on my email..... |
