Default Valentine's Day

Anyone carving something special for their 'Sweetie' :-*?
I've been working on a relief of a rose for the Mrs. I'm down to the final sanding stages. Hope to finish it this weekend.

Captain Bandaid:If the carving of the blacksmith is in the round,I would appreciate knowing where you got the pattern. My friend is a blacksmith and I was going to take pictures of him and make a pattern of my own ,but if one is readily available I won't have to go through the trouble.
Thanks in advance,
groozier

Groozier, I modified a pattern of a hiker I found in a book by Richard Butz. I changed the shape and position of the hands to show them holding a hammer and a set of tongs. Cut a 2' diameter limb to make the stump for the anvil and carved the anvil from memory. Made the forge from a block of scrap and carved it to look like it was made of field stones. I still have to carve the bellows and a pile of coal. As for spending time in the dog house, well, thats where I do all my carving!
