Default Seminar Class

At the Rendezvous this weekend, there were an abundance of classes to choose from, so I ended up with only four students.
Actually that is the way I like it, if you have a large class you just can't give each student the attention they deserve.

The class was three hours instruction with a 1 dollar materials fee.

Everyone finished their 'Singing Waiter toothpick-holder' and we still had an hour left to our class. So I brought out the second project, 'Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer' Christmas ornament.

You should have heard the whining from the people who didn't signup for my class. I think everyone in my class had fun and learned a little bit about carving and my character.

I have no doubt everyone enjoyed your class immensely. Just watching you showing my Angel how to get started was totally fun for both of us! You're a very good teacher, Rick...a natural wit and easy to know.

Teri (and Angel agrees with what I just said!)

Yup, it's true...I do have an Angel. She just turned 24 on Saturday. She was with me at the Seattle show and caught the carving bug. I'm doing my best NOT to influence her to carve Santas, but to find her own way to what she wants to do.

Angel has a million-dollar smile. She is also a terrific student.
