Default Santa ornament

Here is another wrinkled Santa. Hopefully, you can see the influence that several other carvers have had on my carving, but I wanted to use some of the techniques Lynn Doughty uses for his caricatures, such as making the hat in several pieces for better posistioning and realism. I don't think I've ever seen him carve a Santa, but you could probably change hats on this guy to get more than one holiday out of him! Thanks for looking and advice always welcomed!

Mike, When I can do an eye like one of yours on the Santa, I'll know I graduated. Nice work. Al
