Default Santa Carving Contest

This summer has been a little like Christmas every day for me. I get so excited when I receive a new entry in the Santa Carving contest. We definitely have some talented carvers out there!

If you haven't entered the contest yet, be sure to check out the list of prizes and details - click on "Carving Contests" under carving community in the column on the left. Even if you've already entered, keep in mind, that you can submit more than one piece!

The deadline - September 1st - is fast approaching!

Shannon,
How many entries did you receive? I know removing the 12" limit allows me to enter my work without trying to make something specifically for the contest. I requested that change a few years ago at the local Woodcraft. Thank you for all your hard work.

Dale

Hi Dale,
Shannon is still sorting through all of the entries (I see her head poking out of the piles once in a while so I know she's still at it).

I know Woodcraft used to get a lot of submissions...but I don't think any of us ever expected to get THIS many entries. It's wonderful!!!!!

BTW...welcome back! We've missed you and Tamara here on the board!
