Default Recent Santa Pics

Carved a few Santas since Christmas and took the time to setup all my photography equipment and learn how to use it. Still not quite happy with the lighting set up but its getting there. Getting ready take our website off idle and get serious with it. Getting too old to do outdoor shows. We are cutting back to two local shows this year. Suggestions please on lighting.

That is fine carving and painting. You have a unique style. The faces look like the have been out in the cold.

Goody, those are some beautiful pieces....as usual. Great job all round. I turn green with envy at Anna's painting skills.

The photos turned out really nice too. I don't see a thing wrong with them. How did you get that lovely black back ground???? It shows the carvings off beautifully.

I can't help you much with the lighting Goody, but your Santas are awesome!

This is the setup I am using. I ordered two more light stands and a couple of different photography bulbs. I want a liitle more glow behind the santas and less glare in front of the santas.
