Default Pictures of my Christmas Show

As most of you know I was preparing for a Christmas Craft show just before Christmas. The show is the Sugar Plum Fair in Alliston, Ontario, Canada. Just thought I would post some pictures of my display. The carvings you see are only a few of the carvings I took with me this represented probably only a tenth of the carvings I did this year. Just posting to show how I set it up dont really like doing these craft shows but did so anyway. Now I am working on next years carvings. thanks for looking

Wow Colin, it looks like you have found another niche in the carving spectrum for yourself! Well done, that inventory looks great and must be the results of many wonderful hours of pleasure with wood and blades. Hope the business end of the show went as well as the display end did.

Bob

Colin,
Great looking display--carvings and quilts. I can sure tell how busy you and your wife have been all year. Hope you sold a few pieces so you can reinvest in wood!

Food for thought: I have started raising the height of tables at shows by using 12"-18" of pvc pipeto set the folding table legs into--thus bringing the merchandise up closer to eyesight of those passing by the table. One show used the half width tables (about 15")--two together instead of one solid piece table. So I raised the back one and left the front one with its legs on the floor. THat gave me a two tiered display.

Thanks for sharing the photos.

I'd also like to add my WOW. Great work. You have some real "eye catchers" in that group.
So how did you make out at the show?
