Thumbs up Re: Old World

Hi Blake,

Nice carving and painting. This one looks like the one Wayne had done on the DIY site. I got the pattern and made a cutout and carved it, but I still need to paint it. It's been sitting on the shelf for sometime now. Keep up the good work and if you can please take a picture of all 12 when you get done. Now, don't you think you should get off the computer and go carve??? ha-ha

Thanks for the comments Chipper! Wayne says that is one of his most popular roughouts, so it probably was one that he was doing on DIY. I would like to see that. I wonder if you can find it on the net......anyway, I am giving the santas to the lady as I get them done, as she don't want to have to pay for them all at one time. I would be happy to take a picture of each one and post it here, but I'm sure people would get tired of seeing them! I've been trying to do a few ornanments in between each Old World just to kind of break it up a little. Once you do one a few times, you pretty much know what cuts you need to make to make the next one look similiar.

Thanks for looking!!

Blake
