Default My Gargac ornament is done!

I recently got Mark Gargac's DVD. It is a great DVD. Thanks Mark. Anyway, I just finished one. I like how it turned out. His instruction can't be beat. It really has helped me in doing a more realistic face. Anyone could do this if I could. I hope to do some more.

Wow, I think you did a fantastic job. Marks DVD is great. I think he is going to raise the level of quality and technique for a lot of people. I am enjoying his way of doing eyes.
Thanks for posting, it is a feast for the eyes.

Chipper, Excellent! You have supported my contention that it's getting harder and harder to tell the real Mark Gargac ornament. Good for you for doing such an excellent job. Good for Mark for sharing his talents...Tom H

Nice carving! I just ordered Mark Gargac's Santa DVD today--I really need help with carving spirits and Santas. I'm encouraged when I see other people's work turn out so great! THanks!

He turned out really well - I always like big noses on my characters and your's really suits his face. All around a great job.

Chipper, wonderful job! I love the way you made the tail of his hat spiral down. I've ordered Mark's DVD, too, but I have a feeling mine won't turn out anywhere near as good as yours and some of the others I've seen on this forum.

Way to go! He's great!

Well done from a fellow Gargac santa carver and DVD owner. I think we should start a Mark Gargac fan club....NAH that would just embarrass Mark for sure. Nice paint job too.
