Default My first Santa

I've been trying to play catch up on some Christmas ornaments in the holiday issue. I've cut a spiral tree, and several snowmen, and I just finished a Santa with a twisted beard. It is about twice as big as the pattern, though.
Had fun with it. I ain't through carving until I run out of wood or blood, whichever comes first.LOL!

Thanks, everyone, for you kind remarks. I do intend to make some more. I'm not sure why this one caught my attention, unless it was because of the beard and possibly because of the simpleness of the face. It still took me a week to get it done, partly because it had low priority. (I still have 1 more project left, they got an IOU)
Robert, I did have 2 of my granddaughters Christmas presents done in July. Army sent my son to Hawaii and he took the presents with them.
