I really like how the elves are so different. I think the cartoon look is appropriate for these little guys!

Thanks, for all the great comments. I wanted my elves to have a different look from all the others. They were done from sketches in my sketchbook. I wanted to see if I could carve what I had drawn. The stylized santa was designed to fit a s-shaped piece of scrap wood.
