Default Leprechaun Time Coming

It's not too early, since I've been known to trade one of these pins for a pitcher of beer on St Patricks Day.

Those are nice crisp carvings. I like their expressions.

My first carving was a Leprechaun. He did not turn out that well. But I numbered him No 1 and put a small rare earth magnet on the back of him to become a fridge magnet. He is now on my shed wall as a reminder of how much I have to improve.

Some one here ( who shall remain nameless, suggested my poor little fellow had an Aboriginal chin ) maybe that might be because I have seen more Aboriginals then little green men.

Thanks for looking and the comments folks. And Pete, thanks for the story of your first carving. Some say that the only reason the Leprechaun with the tall hat isn't Abe Lincoln, is the red beard.

How about a Leprechaun with those news eyes you're working on?
