The eyes look unfinished to me (almost empty). Was this the idea?
Anyway its still a terrific carving

| | Re: Just finished my first Gargac style elf.. Terrific carving, Mark has to be proud that so many have carved Gargac Wizards, Santas and Mountain men. From what I can see the eyes look good I would just add a highlight in each corner of the eyes. Maybe you did and I just can't see them.
